Before working for five start technologies, Tim worked as Global Business director at Noveon and B F Goodrich. Tim has extensive business development experience in the field of electronic materials.
Materials Scientist

Dr. Sethi has a PhD in Polymer Science with specialization in synthesis of carbon nanotube structures. Dr. Sethi’s work on carbon nanotube structures has been published in top rated journals and has 6 pending patent applications for different carbon nanotube technologies that he developed. Dr Sethi has a bachelor's degree in Textile Technology from the Indian Institute of Technology(IIT), Delhi with specialization in synthesis of nano-fibers using electrospinning. His strong educational background was combined with real world experience during his internship at EMPA, St. Gallen, in Switzerland, were he worked on development of odor repellent fabrics. Dr Sethi is presently working as Materials Scientist for ADAP Nanotech, LLC.
James A. Latham (Director of Business Development)
Jim Latham was co-founder of a TIM company Thermagon. Thermagon was one of the major companies for thermal gap fillers before being acquired by Laird Technologies. Jim acted as Director of Sales and Marketing for Thermagon, he was also appointed as Global Director of Sales and Marketing for Laird Technologies.

Dr. Ali Dhinojwala ha
s over 20 years experience in the field of polymer science. He holds an undergraduate degree from Indian Institute of Technology (Mumbai) and a Ph.D. from Northwestern University. Since 1997, Professor Dhinojwala is a Professor in the Department of Polymer Science at the University of Akron. Besides his academic experience, Professor Dhinojwala has five years of experience in Industry. He worked for 3.5 years in his own company in India and for 1.5 years at GE Plastics. He has over 80 scientific publications in the area of polymers and carbon nanotubes.
